Step 1
Order the test
Choose the test that suits you and order online. All orders placed before 5 pm are dispatched the same day.
Step 2
Collect your sample
Activate your test via your online account and take your sample at home in your own time. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions or watch the instruction video for extra help.
Step 3
Return your sample to the lab
Place your sample in the prepaid return envelope and drop it in any postbox. Return shipping is free, fully anonymous and tracked all the way to our ISO 15189 accredited laboratory. Most samples arrive within one working day.
Step 4
Laboratory analysis
Once your sample has arrived, it is carefully analysed by an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory. After analysis, the findings are securely shared with our medical team for review and validation.
Step 5
Receive your results
Once the findings have been validated by our medical team, your results are available within 1 to 2 working days in your secure online account. You receive a clear report with reference values and, where needed, advice on next steps.
